Please call to discuss our fees at (202) 249-1163. Dr. John Russotto is a provider with Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medicare.
Fees may be reimbursable by other insurance carriers. We will complete forms and documents necessary for you to obtain reimbursements. Our billing statement has all the information required by most insurance carriers.
